Christian Dior Couture and the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM) announce the launch of the Sustainability Fashion Leadership Programme: a training programme collaboratively designed by both institutions aimed at supporting the Maison’s teams in the face of sustainable transformations reshaping the fashion and luxury industry.

Every talent at Dior will have access to conferences and content created with the Institut Français de la Mode (IFM), a leading institution in fashion and luxury education. This unprecedented project aligns perfectly with Dior’s environmental roadmap, Dream in Green, as well as with the LVMH Group’s LIFE 360 programme.

The Sustainability Fashion Leadership Programme nobtaly includes a one-year certified training programme combining the academic excellence of the Institute with the operational expertise of the Maison.

Developed for a first cohort of 23 key talents, the programme is structured around four modules totalling 80 hours of training, the programme will explore the major issues shaping the future of luxury today: regulations, responsible sourcing and manufacturing, traceability, biodiversity, eco-design, circularity, climate and sustainable performance, and new models of creation. It will conclude with dedicated coaching sessions for the development of concrete and innovative projects within the House, thus transforming learning into action.

In parallel, a series of international conferences accessible to Dior employees worldwide will extend this collective momentum around major themes such as climate, biodiversity and circularity.

The Sustainability Fashion Leadership Programme thus embodies an ambitious alliance between Dior and Institut Français de la Mode (IFM), driven by a common vision: to contribute to the rise of a new generation of committed actors capable of shaping the future of fashion and luxury.
