Jitrois are synonymous with fashion design laced with sex appeal and femininity, and so it makes perfect sense that the brand called on long time collaborator Rankin for their AW16 campaign film. Titled “Look Once, Look Twice”, the film represents the language of the body – juxtaposing strength and fragility.
Models are suspended in mid-air – jumping, twirling and slowly coming back down to the ground – representing sculptures brought to life. These movements too exaggerate the fabric used in Jitrois’ collection, stretch leather and intricate embroidery twist in beautiful detail throughout the film.
