The New Dior Book Tote

A perennial icon of the House, the Dior Book Tote is unveiled this season in new versions entitled Book CoversDesigned as poetic tributes to literature, the very essence of this signature bag – originally intended to carry books – these objects of desire brandish embroidered renditions of the iconic covers of several classic novels.

A tribute to 19th-century Gothic fiction, the first model brandishes Bram Stoker’s Dracula, illuminated in a powerful bright yellow. Other captivating creations feature Ulysses by James Joyce, In Cold Blood by Truman Capote and Les Fleurs du Mal by Charles Baudelaire, celebrating the love cultivated by the founding-couturier and Jonathan Anderson for the arts and literature, from Ireland – the birthplace of the Creative Director– to France and the United States.

Available in three refined sizes – large, medium, and mini – these unique Dior Book Totes showcase the exceptional craftsmanship of the Ateliers.

Combining elegance and practicality, the large has a magnetic closure to safely tuck away your precious everyday essentials.

The medium and mini sizes are accompanied by a detachable, adjustable nylon shoulder strap, allowing for multiple holding options while guaranteeing freedom of movement. As a finishing touch, the Dior logo is delicately embroidered on the front for added sophistication. Fascinating narrative pieces that start a new chapter to discover in stores from January 2, 2026.
