Celebrating the magic of the end-of-year festivities and Monsieur Dior’s passion for the culinary arts – he described himself as a “gourmand” – Le Jardin unveils Yannick Alléno’s first log in a limited edition.
Fully embodying the inventiveness of the multi-starred chef, this creation features pleated petals in velvety white, subtly echoing the Francis Poulenc haute couture dress designed by Christian Dior in 1950. A sculptural creation of infinite poetry, showcasing the House’s exceptional savoir-faire and heritage.
This dessert combines the creaminess of a grand cru dark chocolate cream with the delicacy of a hazelnut crunch and is enhanced by the zesty aromas of mandarin marmalade. A gingerbread-flavored mousse and a light cocoa biscuit add an extra touch of refinement.
A contemporary tribute to the joys of sharing and the pleasures of the palate, available from December 15, exclusively (and by reservation from december 1st) at Le Jardin at 30 Montaigne.
