Enhancing each summer, year after year, the Dioriviera collection is unveiled in sunny locations around the world. On this occasion, Dior is embellishing its store at Hotel Cipriani, creating a fascinating setting steeped in lightness and dolce vita.
A tropical garden-inspired decor, enhanced by refined materials, welcomes visitors inside the Dior boutique, showcasing the House’s seasonal creations. An atmospheric space punctuated by captivating works of art echoing the motifs of the toile de Jouy: a mural piece of unprecedented proportions – crafted in bamboo by Korakot – and a glass sculpture by Simone Crestani add an extra touch of distinction. This dream setting is completed by a collection of exceptional hand-made furniture meticulously woven by the artisans of Bonacina, an iconic Italian manufacturer.
Rounding off this wonderful interlude, unique experiences celebrate l’art de vivre so dear to the House. A bar called Il Bacaro Dior at Hotel Cipriani (open from Tuesday to Sunday 6:30pm to 11:30pm), is adorned with the spirit of the Dioriviera through sparkling variations of toile de Jouy, sketched on sophisticated bamboo furniture, such as armchairs and parasols. Facing the lagoon, this new venue features unparallel view over St. Mark’s basin with charming venetian sunsets over the city.
The ultimate surprise of this stopover is the opportunity to take a sea excursion aboard Riviera boats emblazoned with the “Dior” signature.
An unparalleled escapade, a homage to Christian Dior’s passion for the Mediterranean.
