Savoir-faire C’est Dior bag

Dior presents the Savoir-faire of the C’est Dior bag

The latest of the House’s leather goods creations, the C’est Dior bag dreamed up by Maria Grazia Chiuri has a bewitching design, at the crossroads of timeless elegance and ultra-contemporary audacity.

Distinguished by its softened curves and refined finishes, this essential accessory is unveiled in an exclusive variation, dressed in the Marinière Raffia print revealed for the Dior Fall 2023 collection, the summery stripes of which pay tribute to the founding-couturier’s attachment to the French Riviera.

From the original sketch to the final product, this new object of desire requires virtuoso savoir-faire at every stage of its conception, from the cutting of the material, carried out according to a precise placement, to the rigorous selection of the leather. After making the bottom of the bag – punctuated with gold-finish metal feet – the artisan assembles the various pieces by hand with extreme meticulousness.

Exalting the art of detail dear to the Maison, the “Christian Dior” signature is affixed to a gold-foil stamp, and applied to the inside and back of the bag. Following the lines of the motif structuring this irresistible model, the closure fuses functionality and singularity thanks to its delicate CD Lock clasp.
