Like an ode to the beauty of classical dance, an artistic passion as dear to Christian Dior as it is to Maria Grazia Chiuri, the House unveils the ballerinas from the Dior spring-summer 2024 ready-to-wear collection.
Refined, comfortable creations, the D-Joy and Dior Songe reveal multiple facets and precious details. Distinguished by feminine curves sublimated by iconic Dior codes, they reflect the virtuosity of the Ateliers, the former embellished by a pearl emblazoned with the initials “CD”, and punctuated by adjustable laces, the latter featuring delicately frayed grosgrain ribbons.
Demonstrating marvelously graceful figures – the développé, dégagé and rond de jambe – Sae Eun Park tests both irresistible pairs one after the other. Staged like pointe shoes, these objects of desire embody the infinite subtlety of that unique art. In two exclusive videos, the dazzling Paris Opera star shares her impressions, evoking both the elegance and practicality of the exceptional models.
A poetic odyssey, a celebration of Dior’s audacity and excellence, to be experienced through images.
