At the Michelin Guide France and Monaco 2026 ceremony, the Monsieur Dior restaurant at 30 Montaigne received its first Michelin star only seven months after opening. This distinction celebrates the encounter between the House of Dior’s creative universe and the haute couture cuisine of Chef Yannick Alléno.
Located at the heart of 30 Montaigne – the townhouse that saw the founding of Maison Dior in 1946 and which houses its historic ateliers to this day – the Monsieur Dior restaurant embodies a new expression of art de vivre so dear to the founding-couturier.
Since September 2025, Yannick Alléno has been at the helm along with La Pâtisserie –renamed Le Jardin – and the Café, three venues conceived as an invitation to extend the Dior universe through a culinary interpretation.
Guided by the question “What would Christian Dior do if he were to create a restaurant today?”, the Chef has put together a menu designed like a collection, where shapes, textures and compositions interact with couture aesthetics, the archives and the silhouettes of the House.
