NITA: An Impossible Dream, a new book named after the late mother of photographer DeMarcus Allen, started as a dream. This video goes through the backstory and ideas, and follows the photographer from start to finish through the entire process! The entire book was shot in 8 countries during 6 months of the pandemic, and features all black models. Nita was the only person who knew of the idea, and her death pushed me to finally create my dream. All shot on the Sony A7r IV.
